Artisan bakery Sant Jordi

Artisan bakery Sant Jordi is situated in the heart of the city – Gothic quarter, near to the metro Jaume I and square of the same name. It was founded in 1798 and till now conserve it’s decoration: marble walls and floor with art incrustations and wood benches.

Approximately in 1941-1942 young family Ribes bought it and since so children taking care about bakery and traditional artisanal bread.

Right now you will find in the bakery big variation of artisanal bread, like Roman’s bread from corn and sunflower seeds, brioches, Vienne bread, 5 crops and oatmeal bread and much more besides traditional bread.
